Mandela Rhodes Foundation Privacy Policy

This Privacy policy applies to personal data concerning Users, submitted to or collected by, the Foundation.

Very limited data privacy protections exist in South Africa law at present, however due to the Foundation's commitment to personal data privacy the Foundation has adopted this Privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to all Users, irrespective of whether they are visiting the Website, transacting by way of the Website (where possible) or have an existing contractual or other legal relationship with us.

  1. We will treat your personal information obtained through your use of the website as private and confidential.
  2. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your express permission unless -
    1. We are entitled or compelled to do so by law or in terms of a court order; or
    2. the protection of our rights necessitate such disclosure.
