Aalia Ismail has been responsible for the policy research informing decisions on the State-owned company reform programme, provided advisory and coordination services for the national infrastructure build programme in key sectors of energy, rail, ports, roads and water and ensured research and advisory services for the Annual Strategic Plan. By the end of this financial year as well, Aalia completed an Advanced Project Management course, was awarded the Champagne Award for the most Sparkling Personality and was a finalist in a creative writing competition. Aalia continues to travel extensively, participate in endurance running and mentorship opportunities.
