Musa is a constitutional and human rights lawyer, with a PhD in Public Law from the University of Cape Town, and an LLM from Harvard Law School. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum, and as a specialist consultant for various entities in governance, public policy, human rights and constitutionalism.
