Emmanuel has completed his double PhD program in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at   Université Paris-Saclay and the Tshwane University of Technology (2017).

He is currently working in Stellenbosch as a research engineer at Vastech, a leading-edge innovating company that provides telecommunications solutions to governments and law enforce-ment communities around the globe.
