Linet has experience in using economic knowledge to address real life challenges and addressing complex business problems. As a consultant, she is building her muscle in project leadership, communication and collaboration. She is currently actively honing her skills in systems thinking and design thinking through the projects she is part of, as well as furthering her capacity to manage and lead complex projects, with many moving parts.

She is particularly interested in the empowerment of marginalised communities, taking a decolonised approach to social problems, and using radical collaboration and inclusive approaches when creating spaces for brainstorming and dialogue. Linet also enjoys encouraging people who have traditionally been sidelined to vocalise their needs.

In her spare time, she read books centered around leadership, self-management and achieving full potential. She is also an avid podcast listener.
