Derick Kambo
Kenya & University of Pretoria, 2026 Kigotho Kambo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a passion for Constitutional, Human Rights, and Corporate Commercial Law. Based in Nairobi, he has been actively engaged in both public interest and corporate litigation and has featured in several high-profile cases across the country. He is the co-founder and Editor–in–Chief of Ngao-Ke, a community-based organization dedicated to mitigating inequalities through effective legal representation and civic education, while also leading initiatives to combat drug and substance abuse. He is guided by an enduring belief in justice, human dignity, and his life philosophy that no matter where you come from, your dreams are valid. Kigotho envisions a society where systems empower rather than hinder, and where every individual—regardless of origin or circumstance—can rise through hard work, courage, and hope. Like an artist with a palette of disciplines, he approaches life with optimism, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to equality and human rights. Beyond his professional life and community service, Kigotho enjoys watching and playing football, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
