Paballo “Pabi” Mbedzi is a Social Development student at the University of Cape Town and the Founder of I HEAR YOU, which operates as both a private company and a non-profit organization. Through the company, she partners with Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed corporations to design and facilitate programs that strengthen team dynamics. Through the non-profit, she leads gender-based violence initiatives, raising millions to support organizations working on prevention and survivor assistance.
